Public review This villa is definitely a home from home. Has everything you could possibly need. clean & spacious. location is excellent, 5 min walk to centre of matagorda, 2 min walk to the seafront. lovely sea view from upstairs balcony. pool was a good temperature for December & was cleaned while we were there. kids played in it everyday. if you're thinking of booking go for it, you won't regret it. all english tv channels available including sky movies & sports. Great communication from the office and even ordered taxis for us & allowed us to store our luggage for 5 hours until time for the airport.

Exceed Expectations

This Villa exceed expectations. It was very spacious and spotlessly clean. There was a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and beach towels. All 3 Bathrooms have been modernised (not shown in photos). All channels were available on the TV. Walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Amazing!

We had an amazing time. This property was undersold. Everything was catered for. Towels were provided, including beach towels. Beautiful area. Would definitely come back and would recommend coming here

Location: Matagorda Beach is located in the popular area of Matagorda close to the commercial center and beach. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for you to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sunbeds and shades are available for hire. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. Matagorda is also a great place for sporting enthusiasts, the promenade is popular with runners and cyclists as well as those just taking a stroll and it connects right through Puerto del Carmen one way and the other way to Playa Honda and Arrecife. Matagorda is considered a tasteful extension to Puerto del Carmen and offers you the best of both worlds. The surroundings offer you a quieter holiday with, the more lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, only a short 10-minute taxi ride away. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbor in Puerto del Carmen to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities on the island include: Theme park, boat trips, Deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini-golf, go-karting, tennis, sports center, bike hire, shopping center, spas, and wellness centers, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero) Water Park (Costa Teguise). Prices and Occupancy: Prices are based on up to 6 people sharing. Guests over 6 have a supplementary charge of £110 per week. The first child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. A £250/300€ refundable damage bond is payable prior to arrival. Please contact us for a final price. Cleaning Service: Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience. Accessibility: This property has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. Amenities: There are two safety deposit boxes and off-street parking. Cots and High Chairs are available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item.
