Definitely Book Again
I just wanted to send you an email to say thank you again for another amazing stay in Lanzarote. We loved Familia Villa it was such a well equipped and modern villa and we felt at home straight away. We always feel secure booking through yourselves as you make the whole process so easy and stress free and it is so reassuring to know that you can just pop into your office on the island if there are any issues. You also deal with any issues promptly and efficiently (I would like to add issues are a very very rare occurrence). We will definitely be booking with you again next year.
Location
Location: Just on the edge of the affluent Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen The busy resort started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants, and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sun beds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbor to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Theme park, boat trips, Deep-sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini-golf, go-karting, tennis, sports center, bike hire, shopping center, spas and wellness centers, horse riding (in Macher village), Water Park (Playa Blance & Costa Teguise). Car Hire: This is not essential in Puerto del Carmen but could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer. Prices and Occupancy: Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing with a supplement of £100 per each guest thereafter except for high season where it is based on full occupancy. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Please contact us for a final price. Cleaning Service: Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience. Accessibility: Kitchen & lounge areas are on the ground floor with five steps down to two bedrooms and the family bathroom & 11 stairs to the master bedroom which is on the first floor plus a further 5 stairs to the upper terrace. Amenities: Air conditioning, WIFI, Safety deposit box. Off-street parking. Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item.
