Located in a prime beachside position in central Puerto del Carmen, you can walk from the gardens straight onto the sandy beach of Los Pocillos. The beach is clean and sandy with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available for rent. The waters are crystal clear and safe for swimming. The main promenade runs behind the complex, providing direct access to shops, restaurants, and all other amenities of Puerto del Carmen. Costa Luz offers a stunning sea view, perfect for relaxing during the day and in the evening as the sun sets while listening to the sound of the sea in the background. Walking out the front door, you will see the rectangular communal pool surrounded by sun terraces. Excellent stay
We had an excellent stay, the beach and sea views where great. The host was extremely responsive. We used Jet 2 for flights and the apartment was literally 10 minutes from the airport and it was only 15 Euros each way. Karen and the team from Lanzarote properties were excellent from the moment we booked. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The beach was literally two minutes walk from the apartment. This is the first time we have booked Air BnB outside of the UK after usually booking with Jet2 and to be honest Jet2 really need to up their game because this was way better than booking the whole package with them. Great work from Lanzarote Proporties👍🏻👍🏻

We were happy to stay in the apartment. Everything was great. Well equipped. Beautiful view from the balcony. Friendly neighbors. Great clean pool. The beach is 2 minutes walk away. We are very grateful!

Location: The busy resort of Puerto Del Carmen started as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants, and bars. There are multiple options for dining, from traditional restaurants offering typical local products to establishments specializing in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sunbeds and shades are available for hire, as well as various water sports activities. Reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services are available for exploring all areas easily. The popular Marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive away, or you can take the taxi boat from the Old Town harbor to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Local activities include a theme park, boat trips, deep-sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go-karting, tennis, sports center, bike hire, shopping center, spas and wellness centers, horse riding (in Macher Village), whale museum (Puerto Calero), and water park (Costa Teguise). Car Hire: Car hire is not essential with this accommodation as it is in Puerto Del Carmen, but it could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer. Prices and Occupancy: Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. A 5th guest supplement of £75 per week includes the hire of a z-bed. The first child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Cleaning Service: The property is fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning, change of linen, and towels provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen, bath towels, and tea towels are provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided. Accessibility: The property is located on the second floor. The surrounding area is flat, making it perfect for walking to the restaurants, shops, and beach.
