LanzaroteOne was founded over 30 years ago by Nick and Lesley Brumby, who continue to be the active owners of the company.

This is how Lanzarote Property Management was born, to manage the vacation rental of a diverse range of tourist properties.

The real estate agency House Lanzarote was the third addition and began operating alongside Lanzarote Property Management and LanzaroteOne.

Today, the company has a portfolio of over 150 properties, including villas and apartments.

It provides accommodation to more than 5,000 clients, many of whom are repeat customers.

It works with both a direct customer base as well as tour operators and booking portals.

What started over 30 years ago as a small business has now grown into three different but complementary businesses, 

ranging from real estate sales to vacation rental management.
